Caffio Espresso adds a fun, Italian twist to Phoenix's coffee scene with its unique mobile setup. Serving from a vintage 1982 Piaggio Apè, this espresso bar combines a cool look with a relaxed atmosphere. Since 2018, Caffio has been a favorite at the Uptown Farmers Market.
