This Privacy Policy describes how FOURTILLFOUR CAFE LLC doing business as fourtillfour (“fourtillfour,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, the fourtillfour Check-In mobile app (“App”), loyalty/membership services, and our SMS text messaging program.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name and phone number, used to match your existing loyalty contact and to sign you into the App.
• Mobile / SMS information: mobile phone number and SMS opt-in / opt-out status when you consent to receive text messages.
• Check-in activity: check-in timestamps, points totals, visit history, and whether a check-in was approved.
• Device session data: secure access and refresh tokens stored on your device so you stay signed in to the App.
• Support communications: information you send us by email, phone, or text (including HELP / STOP requests).

How we use information

• Verify you are an existing member and sign you into the App.
• Generate a one-time QR code for staff to scan at the counter.
• Update loyalty points and last check-in date in our membership systems.
• Send SMS messages you consented to receive (informational and/or marketing), including membership updates, reminders, check-in related notices, offers, and customer care.
• Respond to HELP requests and process STOP opt-out requests.
• Operate staff tools (scanner, analytics, member lookup) and improve our services.

SMS text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in to our SMS program, we use your mobile number to send the message types described in our Terms of Use. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help.

Required non-sharing statement: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App, website, membership program, hosting, databases, and customer support. We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or buy leads, and we do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Data retention

Member profile, check-in records, and messaging-related records are kept while your loyalty account is active and as needed to operate the program, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion as described below.

Your choices

• Sign out of the App at any time.
• Opt out of SMS by texting STOP. For help, text HELP or email support@fourtillfour.com.
• Delete your App account from Home → Account → Delete account, visit Delete your account, or email support@fourtillfour.com.

Age restriction

Our App and SMS program are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise this page.
