App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the fourtillfour Check-In mobile app (“App”) and related check-in services for fourtillfour collect and use information when you use member check-in.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide: name and phone number, used to match your existing loyalty contact in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Check-in activity: check-in timestamps, points totals, and whether a check-in was approved.
• Device session data: secure access and refresh tokens stored on your device so you stay signed in.

How we use information

• Verify you are an existing member and sign you into the App.
• Generate a one-time QR code for staff to scan at the counter.
• Update your loyalty points and last check-in date in GoHighLevel.
• Operate staff tools (scanner, analytics, member lookup).

Sharing

We sync check-in points, last check-in date, and per-visit check-in history with your GoHighLevel contact for the fourtillfour location. We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and database providers process data only to run the service.

Data retention

Member profile and check-in records are kept while your loyalty account is active and as needed for the check-in program. You may request deletion as described below.

Your choices

• Sign out of the App at any time.
• Delete your App account from Home → Account → Delete account in the App, or email support@fourtillfour.com.

Children

The App is intended for adult members of the fourtillfour loyalty program, not for children under 13.
