Description of SMS program and messaging use cases

Description of what types of SMS messages users will receive: fourtillfour may send recurring automated SMS/MMS messages including membership updates, appointment or visit reminders, check-in confirmations, account notices, customer care, special offers, discounts, events, and service updates.

Instructions to opt-out ('Text STOP')

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to us. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.
